Perth Design Week

  • Perth, WA Australia (map)

Perth Design Week returns this March with a curated, week-long program of panels, exhibitions and activities celebrating architecture and design.

2026 marks the fourth edition of the event, which explores a range of disciplines, including art, architecture, and fashion, graphic, interiors, landscape, product and service design.

The Liberty Theatre becomes the heart of Perth Design Week in 2026 hosting four major evening conversations. PDW 2026 opens at The Liberty Theatre on Wednesday 18 March with a conversation on Designing the Future followed by a series of headline conversations. In the opening night conversation, key drivers transforming the design sector will be explored. From emerging technologies and an emphasis on sustainability, through to shifting consumer preferences — the future of design is not just about aesthetics, but also about creating meaningful experiences and sustainable solutions.

Among the program highlights is Designing a 24-Hour City, a panel discussion moderated by journalist and design advocate Claire Tyrell, examining the ingredients of a great city.

Perth Design Week will be held between 19–26 March at various locations across Perth, Australia.
