Industrial Design: IDX SYDNEY meet up

IDX SYDNEY hosted their second networking event on Thursday, May 4th, bringing together over 50 industrial designers in Sydney. Attendees included designers from established design studios, in-house designers from major furniture and appliance brands, independent practitioners, emerging designers, as well as design leaders and directors in the field.

IDX (Industrial Designers Exchange) is an open and inclusive gathering for all those who practice in the ambiguous and boundary-blurring sector of Industrial Design. The group's aim is to foster a cohesive professional narrative and community through socialising, networking, and collaborating.

“As a participant of IDX social events, members are encouraged to be seekers of connections and sharer of ideas first, and proprietary industrial designers second. We hope you will discover commonalities, share experiences, build community, and foster inspiration.”
