The Role
Our Studio Manager is at the centre of operations. Working closely with the Studio Partners, Management Team and Design Team to ensure the studio operates efficiently, delivers high-quality projects and proposals, and supports a strong team environment.
This is a dynamic role with opportunity for strategic oversight and project coordination.
You’ll work on everything from managing studio operations and supporting directors to awards submissions and coordinating travel arrangements
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the studio in managing team and project resourcing, monitoring workloads, and ensuring the right mix of skills across projects.
Support studio team coordination, including recruitment, onboarding and performance support, contributing to a positive and well-functioning studio environment
Assist the Business Development team with the coordination and preparation of submissions and tenders to secure work aligned with business priorities.
About You:
A confident leader with experience managing HR processes and team development.
Confident in leading people and managing studio processes, you balance priorities across resourcing, and operations.
Collaborative and adaptable, building strong relationships across teams and with clients.
Being outcome-focused, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented and practical, you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing deadlines and multiple workstreams to achieve consistent results.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Experience:
GLAM sector management experience
Experience with Streamtime or other project management platforms
Exposure to HR systems such as Employment Hero or similar.
Experience supporting HR or people operations in a studio or professional services environment
Details:
The position is fulltime or part time, negotiable with the right candidate. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
